In the wake of the death of Pennsylvania State Police Corporal Timothy O'Connor, a powerful display is now erected near where he was killed. A crane is now hoisting an American flag and a thin blue line flag, with flowers and candles at the base. Mitch Stoltzfus, the family company manager of the property where the tragedy occurred, managed the display and enlisted Newswanger Cranes, out of Lancaster County, to create a memorial. The memorial will be displayed through the weekend.
