Maurice Norington, a 65-year-old Aroma Park resident, was the only Illinois fatality from the March 10 tornado in Illinois. Noredton, who was a U.S. Army veteran and retired horse trainer and breeder, died in his home after suffering injuries apparently caused by storm damage. The public viewing and visitation will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. on March 25 at Jones Funeral Home in Kankakee, Illinois, and a celebration of life service is scheduled for Thursday, March 26 at Corinthian Temple Church of God in Christ in Chicago.
