A Florida man, identified as 31-year-old Joseph Garrett Duggar, has been charged with lewd and lascivious behavior involving unlawful sexual activity with a minor. The Bay County Sheriff's Office was informed about the allegations during a forensic interview with the victim, who reportedly disclosed incidents during a family vacation when she was 9. Duggar allegedly manipulated the girl's underwear, grazed her genitals, and sexually assaulted her during the trip. He is currently awaiting extradition to Bay County.
