Activist shareholder group Follow This has expanded its climate campaign against British Petroleum (BP) by opposing a BP-backed resolution that would rescind two decisions adopted in 2015 and 2019 requiring detailed climate strategy and emissions reporting and linking climate performance to executive pay. The Dutch-based group and investor group, including Bernische Pensionskasse and West Yorkshire Pension Fund, also warned of possible legal action if BP does not include a separate shareholder resolution at its April 23 annual general meeting.
