Democrats are committing political suicide over their anti-ICE obsession and insistence on protecting even violent-criminal illegal immigrants from deportation. This comes after they refused to fund the TSA as airport lines stretched past the four-hour mark, while they also refused to extend funding for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) while the country is at war with the world's top promoter of terrorism. The refusal to fund all DHS except ICE deportation work has been met with resistance, with Democrats demanding that their reforms still apply. This is not the first time Democrats have ignored crime committed by illegals that Democrats are protecting despite prior felonies. New Virginia Gov. Abigail Spanberger banned any law-enforcement cooperation with ICE, and Jersey-girl Gov. Mikie Sherrill signed a law barring ICE agents from wearing face coverings.
