The White House has warned that the funds used to pay Department of Homeland Security (TSA) workers, including the TSA, could soon run out, raising concerns about airport disruptions and national security. This comes on the 75th day of the longest government shutdown in U.S. history. TSA workers at the Harry Reid International Airport are scheduled to receive their next paychecks on May 10. The money President Trump used for paying workers could be depleted by May 1. The Office of Management and Budget has urged the House to approve a budget resolution approved by senators that would pave the way for full funding for the department.
