Eight individuals have been indicted by a federal grand jury in Fort Wayne for allegedly operating an illegal gambling business. The indictment follows a joint investigation by the FBI, Indiana Gaming Commission, Indiana State Police, and the Allen County Prosecutor’s Office. The charges are connected to an ongoing investigation into the Elks Lodge 155 charity casino, which has faced scrutiny for years. The lodge was revoked in 2025 and banned from hosting charity gaming for 10 years. No arrests have been made.
