Jordin Sparks, the star of the upcoming "The Pout-Pout Fish" film, has been a pescatarian, a vegetarian and a vegan since her teens. One of her favorite snacks is a salad her aunt taught her how to make, which takes five minutes to make. Since dealing with gut issues in 2014, she began abstaining from meat and eventually all animal products and reintroduced them after six years. After six years, she is now back to eating everything.
