The Axios C-Suite is addressing some AI angst and clarity regarding employee expectations and usage of AI technology. The company does not expect everyone to be building products with AI, but expects its employees to enthusiastically learn about it. The leadership team will communicate with employees about their roles and responsibilities in the future. They also predict that there will be five categories of employees at the company and all non-AI-native companies. The team will share their plans for AI implementation this summer and will teach employees about the most important things to automate.
