A man was arrested for DUI after crashing with a juvenile inside the car on February 27, according to an arrest affidavit. The driver, 33-year-old Matthew Tabb, emitted an odor of intoxicants and had slurred speech and bloodshot eyes. Tabb was also with his one-year old son when he was arrested. The circumstances of the crash led to a blood search warrant being obtained.
