The Oakdale Police Department has arrested a hit-and-run and theft suspect after he led them on a pursuit through orchards and rural roads. The suspects were involved in a hit and run and the theft of car parts the previous day. They are charged with felony evasions, possession of stolen property, drug-related offenses, and a parole violation.
