The Humphreys County Sheriff's Office has arrested Oscar Alvarado after a "strong armed robbery" led to a vehicle pursuit. The man was reportedly naked during the chase and was heavily under the influence of alcohol and narcotics. Alvarados was found with bullet-ridden truck and numerous evidence of drug use. He has been charged with several counts of aggravated assault against a law enforcement officer.
