UES Hit-And-Run Victim's Family Wants Justice: Report

The family of the pedestrian killed in a hit-and-run on the Upper East Side is demanding justice. The driver, 33-year-old Vincent Spano, was granted supervised release after turning himself in and being arrested for leaving the scene of the fatal accident. The victim, who was walking near Lexington Avenue and East 61st Street, sustained severe trauma and was rushed to New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center.
