Second-year Bengals linebacker Demetrius Knight Jr. has been advised by all-pro linebacker Demario Davis ahead of his sophomore campaign. Davis, who owns nine consecutive 100-tackle seasons for the Bengals, advised Knight Jr to dedicate his entire offseason to the team's playbook. The advice came from Bengals linebackers coach Mike Hodges, who previously coached Davis in New Orleans. Knight Jr.'s ability to play well in the NFL has been praised by Bengals owner Joe Burrow following an aggressive offseason. Despite being drafted in the second round, he has shown added confidence in the team’s on-field program.
