Family shaken after Smoketown shooting kills one twin brother, leaves other recovering

A shooting in Smoketown, Kentucky, has left one twin brother, 27-year-old Remon Allen and his brother, Revon Allen, dead and critically injured. The incident occurred around 530 a.m. Friday in the 700 block of East Caldwell Street near South Clay Street. Both men were taken to the hospital, where Remon died due to his injuries and Revon is still recovering. The family has created a GoFundMe page for Remon's funeral expenses. The loss of a son and the recovery of another son have left a significant gap in their lives.
