Docs: Man in ICU after being thrown from car during PDX carjacking

Vidal Pedraza, a convicted felon, has been charged with nearly 20 charges following a carjacking at the Portland International Airport that left another man seriously injured. The incident occurred on May 4. Police responded to a report of assault and car theft at the airport and tracked down Pedrazas and the car to a Dutch Bros parking lot. He was later arrested near 8975 Northeast Airport Way. The man thrown from the car was treated for five broken ribs, a concussion, memory loss, and is in the intensive care unit.
