Alex Bores backs NYC tax hike in contentious NY-12 race

State Assemblymember and Democratic congressional candidate, Alex Bores, has endorsed increased taxes on wealthy New Yorkers. He is running to replace Rep. Jerry Nadler in New York City's 12th Congressional District. Bores said he supports the pied-à-terre tax proposed by Gov. Kathy Hochul but it is part of the state's long-awaited state budget. If elected, Bores plans to focus on regulating artificial intelligence and upgrading the country's electric grids.
