Prosecutors are focusing on what they believe Lee typed into a chatbot before deputies arrived. The messages included messages from him that he allegedly used as a "legal advisor". The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga's Criminal Justice Department's Dr. Rick Dierenfeldt also highlighted that conversations with a public AI platform are not protected by attorney-client privilege and that user agreements can affect how information entered into AI platforms is treated.
