Police and medics were called to the scene of a semi-vehicle crash on Interstate 70 in Huachen County, Maryland, around 2:17 a.m. The incident occurred at the time of the crash. All lanes of the eastbound vehicle are now closed due to the incident. The driver is believed to have been involved in the accident.
