A dreamy sunset art exhibit lands at Rock Center

A new public art installation by Los Angeles-based artist Kelly Wall, titled "Glachen," has been installed at Rockefeller Center and will be displayed throughout the campus. The exhibition, part of the ongoing Art in Focus series, includes "gradients skies" that distort the familiar image and blend in everyday objects like newspaper stands and storefront fixtures. The most striking installation is set in 45 Rockefeller Plaza, where salvaged newspaper stands have been transformed into illuminated sculptures. The interactive installation also features a custom penny press that stamps out souvenir tokens.
