U.S. equity funds have seen a surge in inflows through April 22, driven by positive corporate earnings and optimism over AI-linked business deals. Investors bought a net $27.98 billion of US equity funds, marking their largest weekly purchase since March 25. Sectoral funds also saw a significant increase of $7.1 billion, marking a third consecutive weekly inflow. Investors also pumped $1.47 billion into U.S.-U.N. value funds and $4.92 billion into growth funds. Investors ditched money market funds after $177.72 billion in the previous week.
