Two rounds of wintry mix could make travel ‘slick and hazardous’ in Minnesota

The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory covering the entire state of Minnesota. The warning includes a winter storm warning for Scott, Dakota, and Washington counties, extending south to Red Wing and into western Wisconsin. The weather is expected to deteriorate before another system moves in, potentially disrupting the Twins' home opener.
