A second arrest has been made in a fatal shooting near a basketball court in Dumfries, which left an 18-year-old man dead. The shooting occurred after a confrontation escalated into gunfire. Louis Anthony Boone was taken to a hospital and later died from his injuries. Four others, including a 20-year man from Woodbridge, a 16-year male juvenile from Dumfris, and two 17-year old male juveniles, were injured in the shooting. Ryan Alexander Butler, 20, was arrested on March 13 and charged with second-degree murder, discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and possessing firearm by a convicted felon.
