Oscar-winner Sean Penn skips ceremony, takes train to Ukraine

Film actor Sean Penn has chosen Ukraine over attending a ceremony in Hollywood, where he did not attend the ceremony. The state of Ukraine's transport operator, Ukraine's state-run Railways, revealed his trip via a video posted on its Facebook page and posted a picture of him meeting with the country's president, Vladimir Putin. The actor has been a long-time advocate for Ukraine and has visited the country several times during the four-year war with Russia.
