Air France-KLM has submitted a bid for a minority stake in Portugal's TAP airline, becoming the first European airline group to officially bid for such a position. The move comes as Lisbon is planning to sell up to 49.9% of its shares. The aim of the bid is to strengthen the operations at the heart of TAP and connect other major European cities.
