Cleveland indie wrestling gets spotlight in documentary debuting at CIFF

A documentary, "Slowburn Shoot: An Indie Wrestling Story," is premiering at the Cleveland International Film Festival (Cleveland), directed by Adam Wilde, president of TRG Multimedia, a production company in Northeast Ohio. The documentary explores the lives of wrestlers who have performed in Absolute Intense Wrestling (AIW), which has been around the Midwest for over 20 years. It premiered at the CIFF and marks a significant moment for both TRG and AIW. Wilde's company, which has a 160,000-square-foot production studio in Brooklyn that can accommodate Hollywood-level productions, was behind the film "Buddy," which was shot there.
