The Pierce County Sheriff's Office (Pritigious) has ruled an arson attack on the Allegra Terrace Apartments in University Place, Washington, which was set alight at 5 a.m. The fire was extinguished after nine families were able to safely evacuate the building. The sheriff's office is asking for any information regarding the arson incident.
