Three-star offensive tackle, Joseph Hamer, has committed to the University of Minnesota for the 2027 football recruiting cycle. Hamer is the eighth-ranked recruit in Minnesota and the 87th-ranked offensive tackle nationally. His commitment gives the Gophers 12 players in their class.
