The 2026 NFL Draft will begin in Pittsburgh, with the Las Vegas Raiders expected to select Indiana quarterback Fernando Mendoza. The Houston Texans have eight picks, including four of the top 69 selections and an extra second round pick from the trade of Laremy Tunsil. The last two years, Nick Caserio has moved the Texans out of the first round of the draft by trading back and securing more draft equity. There is speculation that this year, if Alabama QB Ty Simpson falls into the late 20s, a team may want to move up from the second round to draft him.Jeremiyah Love is expected to be selected by a team moving up for him, despite several teams valuing him more highly than any other player. Jacob Rodriguez will be selected in the first-round, while half of Ohio State's top eight players will be from Ohio State.
