GreenFest in Aurora focuses on energy efficiency, sustainability

GreenFest in Aurora, Illinois, was held on Saturday for the first time in a decade at the Old Post Office in downtown Aurora. The event, offered by the city of Aurora in collaboration with the Mayor’s Sustainable Aurora Advisory Board and Aurora GreenLights, featured the theme of “Make a Difference! Be Energy Smart!” Over 100 exhibitors were present at the event's new location, which had previously been held at the Prisco Community Center. The festival also featured an outdoor Zumba class, an electric car show on Benton Street, a DJ, food vendors and more.
