The American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) has revealed that almost all major TV brands are equally satisfactory, with Samsung ranking the highest at 83 points. Other top performers included Hisense and Vizio, LG and TCL. The survey also included a list of key attributes of the best TV, including image quality and durability. However, the lowest ranking was placed at 80 points.
