Katie Couric interviewed John F. Kennedy Jr. for the Today show in 1999, which would be his last TV interview before he died in a plane crash off Martha's Vineyard two months later. Couric recalls a memorable breakfast meeting with JFK Jr. at a Midtown Manhattan restaurant where he asked for cereal with fruit and honeydew melon on top of it.
