A male who was hit by two vehicles while crossing Interstate 20 east of the highway in Atlanta, Georgia, is now being investigated by the Department of Transportation. The first vehicle hit the man, which did not remain at the scene, left him laying in the roadway and calling 911. The second vehicle followed by the first vehicle, which reportedly remained on the scene.
