Park Chan-Wook has cast an A-list cast for his passion project, Western The Brigands of Rattlecreek, with Matthew McConaughey, Austin Butler, Pedro Pascal, and Chinese star Tang Wei. The film is set to be released in Cannes with Patrick Wachsberger’s Legendary label 193. It is believed that the movie will follow a sheriff and a doctor seeking revenge against a group of bandits in the American West. Despite being available in the indie space, the budget is reportedly north of $60M.
