NC Attorney General calls foul on DOJ, FCC over Nexstar-Tegna merger - WCCB Charlotte

North Carolina's Attorney General, Michael Jackson, has accused the Department of Antivivial Affairs (DA) of allowing the $6 billion merger between TV companies to occur, despite North Carolina and seven other states suing to block it. The decision was overturned after the DOJ dropped its antitrust investigation into the merger. Jackson has now filed an emergency motion to prevent the merger from occurring again.
