A Russian cargo ship believed to have been hit by a Ukrainian drone has been found and towed to shore, with the death toll rising to three. The ship was carrying wheat from the Port of Azov to Port Kavkaz, a strait separating the Crimean peninsula from mainland Russia. The vessel was reportedly gutted by fire and began to sink.
