Taco Bell has made a permanent addition to its Nacho Fries, a popular fan favorite, after years of limited-time returns and strong customer demand. The fast-food chain revealed over 20 upcoming menu innovations and brand partnerships at its third Live Más LIVE event in Hollywood, California, earlier this month. The event, which also featured celebrities including Benson Boone, Doja Cat, Peso Pluma, and Demi Lovato, was a highlight of the event. Since its debut in 2018, Nacho Frries became one of the chain’s most successful menu launches and sold more than 53 million orders in the first five weeks following their debut. The company's approach to introduce new menu items through limited time offers or regional test markets allows it to evaluate customer demand, refine recipes, and reduce financial risk before expanding a product to all markets. Despite rising costs and slowing industry traffic, many fast food chains are prioritizing menu innovation in response to declining industry traffic and rising costs.
