Initially, the negotiation was led by JD Vance, but this has been delayed due to security concerns. Instead, Special Envoy Steve Witkoff is expected to arrive on Monday evening ahead of the talks, and President Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner is also set to attend the meetings.
