Teen arrested after shooting man in face with paintball gun

A 14-year-old boy has been arrested in Annapolis, Maryland, for allegedly shooting a man in the face with a paintball gun. The incident occurred on March 21. The boy was found holding a paint ball and acting in a disorderly manner. He was charged with first-degree assault and reckless endangerment.
