A 22-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly using a stun gun to rob a Chinese national of 5 million yen in cash and other items in Osaka City. The suspect, who has no known occupation, turned himself in to the police on March 21. Police believe the crime may have been committed by an anonymous criminal group.
