7-year-old fan gets surprise visit from Yankees at Boston hospital

A poster board created by 7-year-old Walker Farrington, a patient at Boston Children's Hospital, was placed next to the exit door of Fenway Park's visitors' clubhouse. The Yankees learned about Walker through social media and have been visiting him regularly. Manager Aaron Boone brought the sign to Fenway as his team aims for a three-game sweep of the Red Sox. The boy will be living at Boston's Children's hospital for approximately 12 to 18 months as he awaits a heart transplant.
