North Carolina fisherman Hunter Hicks caught a 212-pound, 70-inch bluefin tuna while on his Jet Ski fishing trip. Despite initially missing his intended target, Hicks managed to catch the fish without a fighting belt. He had to tow the fish all the way in behind his jet ski through Oregon Inlet, which was almost 10 miles offshore. Despite the ordeal, Hicks credits the experience to his friends and fellow fishermen for their support. Despite his injuries, Hicks maintains that he wouldn't trade it for the experience he had.
