Vonovia returns to profit in 2025

German real estate company, Vonovia, reports that it will return to profitability in 2025, recovering from the country's worst property crisis in decades. The profit of 4.19 billion euros for 2025 is significantly lower than the previous year's loss of 6.9 million euros.
