Mousehole villagers plead with Cornwall Council to save bus stop

The loss of the Mousehole harbour bus stop has led to many residents feeling trapped and feeling trapped. The bus stop was relocated by bus operator Go Cornwall Bus, forcing residents to climb a steep hill to reach the replacement stop. Almost 5,000 people have signed a petition calling for the stop's protection. At a meeting of Cornwall Council's sustainable growth and place scrutiny committee, chairman Cllr Connor Donnithorne stated that maintaining the stop would be essential to protect the long-term future of the route and ensure resources meet the needs of all communities.
