A man, 38-year-old Jerry Santiago, has been arrested for sexually assaulting a minor, according to police in Meriden, Connecticut. The investigation began in 2000 and resulted in an arrest warrant for Santiago. He was charged with first-degree sexual assault and two counts of risk of injury to a minor. The suspect was held on a $400,000 court-set bond.
