New York City, New Jersey, has opened a new housing facility for the homeless, consisting of six permanent housing units. The facility is designed to provide safe, stable housing for individuals experiencing homelessness. The funding was provided through the Housing First Fund. The non-governmental organization will run the housing and select the individuals living there.
