Following news of the alleged tryst, Roberts' mother, a friend of the victim's son, texted her to ensure she was not pregnant and shared a screenshot of the text with her friends. The DoorDash driver testified that he accepted a request from "Misty C" to purchase the emergency contraceptive and leave it at her front door. The victim's friend testified that the victim appeared drunk at the party and even vomited at one point. The trial is set to resume Monday.
