Man charged in teen’s e-scooter death pleads not guilty in Delaware County

Israeli citizen, Aviv B. B. Weiss, is accused of vehicular homicide and failure to stay in a marked lane in a collision that killed a 17-year-old girl. The incident occurred on State Route 750. Weissman is believed to be the first time the woman has been charged with these crimes.
