The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office is searching for the suspect in a fatal hit-and-run in Hammond, Louisiana, after a bicyclist was hit twice by two separate vehicles. The driver of the first vehicle initially stopped and reported the incident, but the second vehicle hit the bicyclist a second time and then left the scene. The victim, identified as 46-year-old Michael Ribando, was taken to a hospital where he later died. The second vehicle involved is described as a light-colored sedan.
