Bakersfield man arrested after probation search finds 459 grams of suspected meth

A Bakersfield man, Mark Black, has been arrested following a probation search that revealed 459 grams of suspected methamphetamine. Black was charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purposes of sales and a violation of the Post Release Community Supervision (Phenge) Act.
